DATA ANALYSIS RESOURCE
The NCANDA Data Analysis Resource is located in the Center for Health Sciences of SRI International. Our group is responsible for developing procedures for collection of neuroimaging, neuropsychological, and clinical assessment data harmonized across all consortium sites and with existing large-scale neurodevelopmental research efforts. In close co-operation with the five data collection sites, we have developed and deployed comprehensive imaging and assessment protocols, implemented a web-based system for data submission and aggregation, and established largely-automated procedures for quality assurance. The NCANDA Data Analysis Resource also performs initial image analysis using structural, diffusion, and functional pipelines devised by our scientists. Our analysis group will develop techniques for association discovery and data mining and oversee data dissemination of the NCANDA data to the scientific community.
