DATA ANALYSIS COMPONENT
The NCANDA Data Analysis Component is located at the Neuroscience Program, Section for Health Sciences at SRI International. Our group is responsible for developing procedures for collection of neuroimaging, neuropsychological, and clinical assessment data harmonized across all consortium sites and with existing large-scale neurodevelopmental research efforts. In close co-operation with the data collection sites, we have developed and deployed comprehensive imaging and assessment protocols, implemented a web-based system for data submission and aggregation, and established largely-automated procedures for quality assurance. The NCANDA Data Analysis Component also performs initial image analysis using structural, diffusion, and functional pipelines and will develop techniques for association discovery and data mining of the entire NCANDA data set.
